I had really been enjoying this game before the recent update. I never took issue with watching multiple ads per round (when you finished a column, and more when you finished a game) but the sudden introduction of "locked columns" and other nonsense at the same time as buying packs becomes available is such an obvious money grab and saps all the fun out of the game. Hoping they fix or get rid of these "features", there are plenty of other of the same game out there to switch to. edit:got worse.

I was enjoying this game for a few months and didn't even mind the ads cause it's free, but the new update arbitrarily added "locked" cards that make the difficulty much harder and make it less like solitaire and more like a puzzle game. It's not a gameplay improvement it's a pretty obvious and shameless attempt to force the player to watch more ads/spend more coins since they will now need more moves to complete a level. Uninstalling.

Game itself is fun. I love solitaire and having a different type using categories is genius, especially when I don't know what word goes in what category. I bought the ad-free version, so now my problem is the limited number of moves (and now the lives). Clicking the deck counts as a move too, so just going through the deck uses up more than half of your moves. Then they just added lives. I was annoyed by that, this was my go-to to play over and over until I fell asleep. Can't do that anymore.
