Hitchmap is a simple app to make hitchhiking easier, faster, and safer. Hitchhikers around the world submit about 10,000 reviews of hitchhiking spots a year to Hitchmap, which are presented on our map. These reviews allow you to quickly discover where to stand in your city to start hitchhiking in a certain direction! Once you're on the highway, the reviews can show you the best transfer points, such as gas stations, to find new rides.
Hitchmap also allows you to record your own trips, detecting the hitchhiking spots you used in the process. You can then easily review these spots, helping out future hitchhikers.
