HiTeach makes it easier and faster to connect teachers and substitute teachers in schools.

Thanks to a smooth and intuitive interface, teachers can create a substitute teaching request in seconds, specifying the subject, grade level, time slot, and school.

Substitute teachers indicate their availability and specializations. As soon as a request matches their profile, they are notified in real time.
The system operates on a first-come, first-served basis, while ensuring that each request is sent only to qualified and available substitutes.
This way, every absence is filled as quickly as possible by the right person, without wasting time or manually searching for contacts.

For added convenience, HiTeach also includes a smart wake-up feature, allowing substitute teachers to start their day with peace of mind: they can be automatically alerted to new opportunities without having to constantly check their notifications.

And when they want to take a break, a simple click is all it takes to temporarily disable notifications and make themselves unavailable.

Once the substitute teacher has approved the assignment, they have access to the files and instructions needed to prepare and deliver their lesson effectively.

Each assignment can then be archived, reviewed, and commented on to build trust and reliability among users.
