The Hitec Link Power X App allows the user to control their X2AC+ Black Edition or X4 AC Pro charger via their Android Smartphone. This App also features a unique SCAN TO GO automatic charging system. Users with many different types of batteries will find this feature very useful. The revolutionary SCAN TO GO provides a solution to this problem by allowing the user to assign a QR code which contains all the relevant data for the battery
for charging or discharging. The user can create and print a unique QR code by
using the Hitec Link Power X App. Attach the QR code to your battery, then using
your Smartphone, launch the Hitec Link Power X App. All the essential setup information is stored in the QR code. All you need to do is press the Scan button and the charge or discharge process will start automatically.

Ratings and reviews

Works great on my Pixel 3a running Android 11 and 12, and connects without issues with the X2 Plus Black Edition. The easy to use straight forward interface makes operating the charger easier than trying to navigate the interface and buttons on the charger itself. I can walk away and check the progress from my phone at any time and I will get notifications when the charger is finished. No complaints. 5 stars!

Avoid the Baby Boomer and early gen X Reviews. Unfortunately tech cannot be learned by people over 50 yo apparently. App works excellent. Able to charge, balance, discharge, and cycle right from your phone. Live status of your batteries on the charger and great Bluetooth range. Pretty sweet feature to be able to look at your phone and see the status of your batteries connected to your charger live.

Works fine with my Samsung Galaxy S23 and RDX4. Gave it a 5 as I this far found no major bugs. First charger app actually works for me. Was able to update the charger firmware using the app. Might update this with usability and minor issues in the future. I've only had the charger a few days but so far found no major issues in the charger or app. However I couldn't find a Windows Charger Manager version that recognized the RDX4. Also wish the RDX4 had a on-off switch.
