Ratings and reviews

The app is tricky, but once you understand the way it functions (or is it disfunctions?), it's pretty simple. Very affordable flights from the middle of nowhere (where I live) into major airports. If your time is flexible, it's a great deal on travel.

Mobile boarding passes are unavailable. It doesn't communicate the gate I'm departing from. Buttons like "My Tickets" do nothing. Not to mention the lack of reporting to the major airline they connected me to - whose app shows me all of the above for all flights except the Contour connection. Fine flying experience, bad app experience. Even my boarding pass lacked gate info. Had to ask airport staff for help finding my flight.
