I should rate this as a 1 out of 5 Star review but it works mostly. after using it for a few minutes, I have found that switching from/to languages doesn't work. like switching from English to Spanish then Spanish to English, it still translates to Spanish. Also, you get 6 months to use this then you have to pay to renew using it. Sad that you pay for something then have such a short window to use it.

Translation Requires subscription through this app, which is extremely frustrating becaise I bought these ear buds specifically for that reason. No mention of having to pay for any services.. The app isn't even user friendly and won't connect to the case. I keep getting the "open app and connect" message on my case screen. overall, not a great experience with the app.

you can't use this app without subscribing and paying money. and honestly I don't even think you'd be able to even after you did pay. when I want these language interpretation headphones this was the app that they are affiliated with....the app makes absolutely no sense. it was a little difficult to even understand how to connect everything together but even after I figured it out I still wasn't able to use the app to even try and use test out the headphones. super disappointed.
