Hitter

About this app

Finding a court is easy. Finding someone to hit with is the hard part.

Hitter shows you which players near you are free right now, how they play, and
which courts they're heading to. See who's free. Request a hit. Play.

GO ON THE CLOCK
Set yourself available for the next hour, or for tonight. Everyone nearby who's
also free can see you, and you can see them. When your window runs out you drop
off automatically. No stale "keen for a hit!" posts from last March.

PLAYERS AT YOUR LEVEL
Every player has a skill level, a home court and a play style, Beginner through
Elite. Filter to the ones at your level, in your part of town, free when you
are. Add the ones you click with as friends so they're one tap away next time.

REQUEST A HIT IN THREE TAPS
Pick when, pick where, send. They can accept, decline, or counter with a
different time or court, so you land on a plan without a 40-message thread.
You'll get a notification the moment they reply.

YOUR SCHEDULE, SORTED
Upcoming, pending and played, all on one screen. See what's locked in, what's
still waiting on a reply, and who you've hit with before.

EVERY COURT IN NEW ZEALAND
Browse 400+ clubs and public courts on a map or as a list: surface, lights, how
many courts, club or public, and ratings from other players. See who's on court
right now. Favourite the ones you like so they stay at the top.

NO SCORES, NO WIN RATE
Hits played, courts visited, weeks on a roll. A hit has no winner, so Hitter
doesn't keep one. Just proof you keep showing up, with achievements and a
leaderboard if you want them.

STAY IN TOUCH
Message the players you've got hits booked with, right in the app. Reschedule,
swap courts, or say you're running ten minutes late.

Built in New Zealand, for New Zealand. Set yourself available and see who's
about.

What’s new

You can now add your confirmed hits to your phone's calendar (Settings > Calendar). Plus court search that ignores accents, and small fixes.
