It took around 10 months to receive after purchase. I used it for a month but it is broken. Device overheats after 30 minutes or so during wintertime. Very difficult to start the device working again. I used it multiple days and collected mapping data but never made any tokens. Not worth the time or trouble so I contacted support for a refund or another device but they said past the return date. So, I made a big mistake spending $461 on a useless thing I can't use. I don't recommend this.

Works, but could use a few things. Can we add a feature to review some footage, like the last 2 minutes recorded or something? How about giving a option for showing how many megabytes is being uploaded? Or how fast, rather than the numbers that dont seem to have a meaning. And most of all, stop downloading program updates automatically on mobile data. A couple updates used 15% of my mobile data. I dont pay for a lot of mobile data as i never stream music or videos.

Took a few tries to figure out how to connect the dashcam which is not as automatic as they would have you believe. Then after working ok for about a week, the app lost the connection to my digital wallet and won't let me reconnect. Edit 2/9/24 2 to 3 stars - Improvements have been made to the UI and the connection to the wallet is more stable, but it still frequently has trouble connecting to the dashcam
