Update: I love this app! I'm very happy that fixes were made and it seemed to be prompt attention to the matter! 💛 It's been terrible. Once I started using this app it just keeps resetting. I even signed up for premium! I have to remove the SD card to see my birds!!! Can't stay signed in, reinstalled, it doesn't send the verification code. I'm not signing in using my FB or telephone number. My Google Account and email are both good. There is great internet connection. Fix it, no games!!

I purchased and set up the coolfly bord feeder/camera. I can not get the video length settings to stay. I go into settings and select the 0-20 setting because it says internal error if i try to select the longer setting. I have submitted the issue several times but have never heard back from anyone. I have tried searching for a phone number so I can speak to a live person but have yet to be able to speak to anyone. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS BIRD FEEDER/CAMERA. The customer service sucks.

So far I've had issues with a bad gateway the live view taking too long to come on. I have the ring cameras, and I wish this was something like that. I think adding a dashboard where you could have see all of your cameras. All at once to see a live view would be great. it would also be great if you we're on the live view and you could rewind like you can with a security camera.
