Update: I love this app! I'm very happy that fixes were made and it seemed to be prompt attention to the matter! 💛 It's been terrible. Once I started using this app it just keeps resetting. I even signed up for premium! I have to remove the SD card to see my birds!!! Can't stay signed in, reinstalled, it doesn't send the verification code. I'm not signing in using my FB or telephone number. My Google Account and email are both good. There is great internet connection. Fix it, no games!!

update.. the App is working better now. I have 1 more camera that I need to figure out where I want to install it.. so I have changed my app rating as it is working great now. those app was great. now it takes a long time to pull up my cameras. Just spins and all. really upsetting since I have no idea if any birds have been to my feeders. please fix the bugs that are causing this. Now I only have 1 camera showing visitors. can you please fix this bug/issue. it was working fine till 9:15 pm 5-24

Despite a strong wifi signal, the only thing I'm shown is the camera trying to connect. Battery life for the camera was great until I installed the SD card and then the battery life plummeted. So between the glitchy app, poor camera battery life, and a camera that offers minimal options unless you sign up for a subscription, I would look for a different camera. The app singlehandedly ruins the experience. Not impressed.
