Started out playing the game just to pass time. Ended up staying for the cool character designs and artstyle. Spend quite a bit until the game starts crashing during the loading screen. Reinstalling somehow fixes it. Then, I forgot to bind my account and lost everything. I contacted customer service, and to my surprise, they actually responded and they tried their best to recover my account. Then eventually found and verified my account and we're back in business. Great customer service.

The game's ads said to uninstall if you do not immediately get 4096 pulls. If I followed that, I wouldn't have even made it past the tutorial. you DO NOT get 4096 pulls right away the game is ok. it will take a lot of time and money to build the team that is a force. Expect to start getting crushed in the story mode by chapter 4. then you have to pay to try to get better champions.

Utterly exhausting, lol. Everything but the Arena has to be babysat, and this can mean jumping between three or four different battle modes as the game prompts you with pop-ups to go start a new battle for each more as the battle finishes. Loads and loads of different menus and crud to redeem because they don't just give you those rewards when the associated task is completed. This game might be fun, if it wasn't such a chore.
