App Not working: you don't have the app to perform the task frame hovers over app's interface which renders me unable to do anything

I've been using tap and go for more than a year, Before it was very easy to use, until one day ask For An upgrade, I have tried hundreds times to upload personal data but It always fails, I called call centre, They said they told me to come to the CSL outlet, I have come there and The staff there said it could be used after an hour, but it's been a week still can't be used Very disappointed with the service. Sorry tap and go, maybe I will delete the account if the problem cannot be resolved.

The app is good but seems it's for small amounts up to 3000 hkd only.
