This camera keeps disconnecting from my phone even if the camera is close to the router. On the screen that displays the motion control is always black and unable to set it up. so I don't know how to adjust angles for the camera to view unless I move it manually. App can't launch in Bluestacks nor on any other Android emulator app for PC. I just bought 2 of them. It looks like I'll have to send both back for a refund. I don't recommend buying these.

Don't buy them. Their scam cams are junk and many of the app functions doesn't work or does it allows you to connect to while you're away and it's no longer recording any video since March 1st 2026. If you cannot return them or receive a full refund, I'm suggesting that you contact an attorney and sue both of the store which you purchased from and the camera manufacturer. An accident occurred and what's the point of selling this junk when it doesn't work.

Whoever is running this service? Ya need to update the app information. Here you have version 2.0.17 while version 2.1.8 is available on Aptoide through HOOP Home website. It took me almost 5 months to figure out how to get stuff to work. Amazon couldn't help even though I purchased your cameras from them. I got a full refund for 8 cameras ($540+) and somehow allowed me to keep them after they couldn't reach the seller or HOOP customer support. Your loss, my gain.
