About this app

PN Facility is the application for Properly Natural's field teams. It combines intervention scheduling, task tracking, incident reporting, and report submission into a single tool, designed for on-site use between jobs.

PLAN AND TRACK YOUR WORK
• Find your upcoming, ongoing, and completed work, sorted by date and location.

• View the details of a service: address, instructions, estimated duration, and access information.

• Filter by location, status, or time period to find a specific work in a snap.

• Receive a reminder 30 minutes before a work begins.

COMPLETE YOUR TASKS
• Track the list of tasks associated with each work and check them off as you complete them.

• Recurring tasks are automatically generated according to the frequency defined by your administrator.

REPORT AN INCIDENT
• Report an issue in seconds: type of incident, description, and photos. • The client and administrator are notified immediately.

SUBMIT YOUR REPORT
• Write the service report and attach your photos.

• The service request is placed on hold for validation, and a reminder is sent if you forget to submit it.

STAY INFORMED
• A notification at each stage: service request created, modified, canceled, commented on, or validated.

• Communicate with your team using the comments attached to each service request.

YOUR DATA IS PROTECTED
• Biometric lock (Face ID / Touch ID) when opening the application.

• Two-factor authentication with a one-time code sent by email.

• Sensitive site information, such as access codes, is only visible to authorized personnel.

PN Facility is a professional tool reserved for Properly Natural service providers and clients. An account provided by your administrator is required to log in.
