I will give this app 4 stars because it does have some pretty helpful features. The maps are great! HOWEVER......your directions to get to the rideshare area, not so great. All it shows is an arrow and "yellow lot" but no further directions. Would be great if you could use the map feature similiar to google maps in that if you ask for directions to any point on the map it gives you helpful directions.

Worse than useless. Bought tickets on the rodeo website, but to retrieve them, I have to use this application. I registered my phone with this app, but I am not able to login, getting error "mobile number is invalid" . It is valid, as I am able to change password by receiving a verification code. Ridiculous invention and implementation.

!!!!!IF YOUR TICKETS DISAPPEAR!!!! Download the AXS app. Once I was inside NRG my tickets disappeared and I didn't know my seat numbers. Please don't go through the horrible process I had to go through. Just download the app and log in. Mine were lucky there. Happy rodeo y'all!!!
