Stopped working, Rotten customer service. I am an RN about to take my wound care certification the 1st week of September. The app worked fine for a while-then it just stopped. Now it is completely blank. I have contacted customer service numerous times for over a month trying to get this fixed, and nothing they suggested worked. I have been emailing them now to ask if they would completely delete my account, so that I could download it fresh and see if that works. No response-nada-zip. 🤮

I canceled my subscription, it ends Nov '25. However when I open the app it's just a blank screen. How do I get ahold of a customer service person to help me before it expires?

References are not recent. The questions do not update after you have answered/reviewed them all. So all in all you have less than 200 questions and that's it. I passed the exam, but I also studied using other methods. Thank you for this app, but please update the references and add more contents and questions.
