Can't get this app to work on my new phone pixel 7A worked fine for the last year I used it and now don't work at all and I need this app for work

Used this on an older android phone with no issue. Does not work on newer android devices. No updates in the last few years...

I need this app for my job but it doesn't work with my Samsung Galaxy note 10+ which sucks. But it works fine with iPhone. I hate iPhone.
