I've been using Metro delivery for years. The best part is the contact if an item is out of stock. There is a message or phone call, or both with possible substitutions and a real person at the end of the line. The staff are always clean, polite and helpful and put the shopping where I indicate. Fresh fruit and veg bought by weight is well chosen. My shopping arrives between 20 minutes and 90 minutes from ordering. Unfortunately the app no longer works for me, connection error.

Edit: use their website instead. So much better. Review: I really tried being patient with this app but I've wasted over an hour trying to order. Besides seeing most things out of stock (there should be an option to filter them out), I couldnt even complete my order since it said my cart was empty. So I uninstall the app and reinstall it, it works and I can go to checkout, but then my half of my cart is missing from my final order summary (even though everything is still "in stock")

very poor online shopping application; most items are not updated and very bad handling of online payment in which the payment is completed before the items are confirmed and you should make many replacements through the phone call and the refunding way is not clear. Almost useless online shopping.
