HM Tasks is a professional task management app designed for facility and property maintenance teams at Pflegedienst Bahrenberg. It gives Hausmeister workers a clear, organized way to stay on top of their daily assignments — from receiving tasks to tracking working time and marking jobs as done.
View & Claim Tasks
Browse the open task pool at a glance. Each task shows its location (Standort), priority level, and a full description so you always know exactly what needs to be done before you accept it. Claim a task with a single tap and it moves straight to your personal list.
Track Your Work in Real Time
Once you start a task, the app tracks your working time automatically. A live timer shows how long you have been working so you always stay informed — no manual time entries needed.
Complete or Return Tasks
Finished a job? Mark it as completed directly from the app. If something comes up — illness, vacation, or another reason — you can return the task to the pool with a reason so it can be reassigned quickly.
Notes & Photos
Add notes and attach photos to any task to document your work, report issues, or leave useful context for your team. Up to 5 images per note keep communication clear and visual.
Priority & Status at a Glance
Color-coded priority badges (Urgent, High, Medium, Low) and status indicators (Open, Assigned, Started, Completed, Returned) make it instantly clear what needs your attention most.
Multi-Language Support
The app is available in German, English, Greek, Spanish, Polish, and Arabic — including full right-to-left layout support for Arabic speakers.
