Heroes of Service helps you move around your city with more freedom, clearer prices and full control of every ride. Request a vehicle in just a few taps, track your driver in real time and choose how you want to pay at the end of the trip.

Whether it’s your daily commute, a night out or multiple stops in one ride, Heroes of Service makes it simple and transparent.

Request rides in a few taps
- Set your pickup point on the map and request a ride in seconds.
- If the dropoff is outside the usual service area (geozone), the route can include an extra value so you know what to expect.

Choose your exact pickup location
- Search for an address or place using Google Maps technology.
- If the pin is not exactly where you are (for example, it shows the main avenue instead of your building entrance), simply drag the marker to your exact location so your driver can find you more easily.

See your driver coming in real time
- Once your ride is confirmed, the system automatically assigns one of the nearest available drivers.
- You will see important trip details: vehicle information, brand, model, plate number, estimated cost, distance and time.
- Track your driver’s approach on the map in real time so you know exactly where they are and how long they’ll take.
- You’ll receive a notification when your driver arrives at the pickup point.

Pay the way that works for you
- At the end of the trip, you can pay by credit card, debit card, cash or funds (depending on what your local service has enabled).
- If you pay in cash, your driver confirms the payment in the app and you receive a confirmation message.

Keep control of your trips
- Check your trip history at any time: see pickup, dropoff, driver, date, time and cost of each ride.

Rate your driver after each trip, and they can also rate you.
- If a rating is lower than 3 stars, the app invites you to leave a short comment, helping improve service quality.
