The HoHoManager is an app for letting and administrating your apartment, bnb, your holiday home, your guest room or your small hotel.
You keep track of your bookings. Daily work such as the creation of booking confirmation, a cancellation confirmation or change confirmation is supported. Communication with guests will be facilitated and data for reporting forms will be kept.
With the HoHoManager you can manage your Holiday apartment, your holiday home or your small guest house on your mobile device.
HoHoManager provides contract management and calendar management support. Keep an eye on your booking and occupancy calendars. Link external reservation systems through the .ics / ical calendar services. Edit and manage booking changes and cancellations.
Registration is required to protect your data. Your data will be stored encrypted.
The HoHoManager offers (depending on your subscription plan) the following services and features for the management of your apartment, your holiday home, your BnB, your apartment or your small guest house:
• Provision of one central calendar per Room (booking or occupancy calendar)
• Provision of calendar data for external reservation systems (.ICS / ical)
App Management (App Settings):
• Specify one or more hosts for which you manage objects
• Manage one or more properties where your holiday rooms / apartments should be rented
• Assign chambers, rooms, and apartments to the objects and owners of the objects
• Manage the amenities of your guest rooms, rooms, and apartments
