About this app

EasyRecord is a conversation recording tool designed for psychologists, counselors, social workers, and therapists.

After a conversation, you no longer need to spend a lot of time preparing a verbatim transcript. EasyRecord converts the recording into a structured conversation record draft; you only need to review, modify, and confirm.

【Main Features】

• Real-time Recording: Start recording with one click during the conversation. Recording continues even if you turn off the screen or switch to another app.

• Transcript: If you don't have time to record immediately, you can generate a transcript draft by reciting the key points afterward.

• Multiple Recording Formats: Supports common clinical record templates such as SOAP and DAP, allowing you to choose according to your organization's needs.

• Automatic Case Numbering: Case numbers are uniformly assigned by the server, consistent across devices, and will not be duplicated or skipped.

• Historical Records: View past records at any time, and export them as Word files for sharing or archiving.

• Offline Recording
When there is no network connection, recordings are encrypted and saved on the device. They are automatically uploaded upon reconnection, ensuring no data loss.

【Privacy and Security】

• No Case Name Collection
The entire process uses case numbers (e.g., A01). The app does not request or store case names.

• Device-Side Encryption
Recorded files are encrypted and saved on the device using a hardware-supported key.

• Certificate Pinning for Transmission
Connection uses certificate pinning, preventing eavesdropping even if malicious credentials are installed on the device.

• Biometric Lock
Fingerprint or facial recognition can be enabled. Re-authentication is required upon leaving and returning to the app.

• Preventing Screen Leakage
The recorded screen is blocked by default from screenshots and projected recordings.

• Informed Consent Process
Informed consent is required before each recording session, and the system retains a record of this consent.

• 從通知列按「停止錄音」後，畫面仍停在「錄音中」、且「上傳產生報告」按了沒反應——現在會正確回到待命，並提示可直接上傳。錄音檔在舊版也一直安全保存，重開 App 即可救回。
