About this app

BiPlan brings three everyday questions together: what needs paying, what needs doing and when your next medication is due. Keep bills, tasks, medication schedules and shopping lists in one app, with a dedicated space for each.
BILLS — KNOW WHAT IS DUE
Add one-time and recurring bills with payment dates and fixed or estimated amounts. Organize expenses into categories and see each bill’s share of your total. Mark bills as paid, undo accidental changes and choose when you want a reminder.
PLANS — FROM A QUICK NOTE TO A CLEAR SCHEDULE
Capture a task now and add the details later. Organize your plans with lists, subtasks, priorities, tags, deadlines and flexible recurring schedules. Browse days, open a month or year calendar, see your workload and find available time between tasks with scheduled times.
Import events from calendars on your phone or ICS files. You can also display events from connected device calendars alongside your tasks without importing them.
PILLS — FOLLOW THE SCHEDULE YOU SET
Choose specific times, intervals between doses or a flexible within-day schedule. Enter dosage details, weekdays and course dates, then record taken or skipped doses.
When your time zone changes, BiPlan prompts you to review affected schedules. Changes to medication timing require your confirmation.
SHOPPING — SEPARATE FROM YOUR TASKS
Create lists for groceries, your home or a trip. Add items, check off purchases and undo a checkmark whenever needed. Shopping items stay out of your task calendar and task counts.
DESIGNED TO FEEL GOOD TO USE
Soft, dimensional cards, smooth animations and tactile feedback make everyday actions clear and satisfying. Swipe to mark items on the home screen. Choose a light, dark or system-following theme.
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
Core features work offline without an account. Use local backups, data export and restore. Choose a backup folder during setup or later in settings.
Reminders require the relevant Android permissions. Battery-saving settings and system restrictions may affect notification delivery times.
