Hunt Buddy BC is a better way to read the Hunting Regulations Synopsis for British Columbia, Canada. Pick a Management Unit from a list or map, or use your GPS location, to see everything you need to know about the MU:

- Know what MU you're in
- Open seasons - dates, bag limits, and more
- Links to detail maps
- Motor vehicle, shooting and other restrictions
- Sunrise, sunset and moon phases

Pick any date to see the seasons & restrictions that will be in effect when and where you're planning to hunt. You don't have to flip back and forth through the tables and maps - it's all there, and it's organized so you can find what you need quickly and easily.

It's an easier way to access the Regulations Synopsis published by the Province, which itself is not a legal document. The Wildlife Act and Regulations (and other federal, provincial and local laws) are the final authority.

I've reached out for support a few times but no response from creator. This app is useless to me now. Top of the screen truncated. Can't see the info displayed at the top. Worst of all I can't change regions because it's at the top of the screen somewhere out of view. can't scroll up that high. Used this app for years without issue until now.

I have used this for years on my Android. Recently, the display has changed. I can't access drop downs, GPS button, or change MUs, they are all hidden under overlays now. I also don't see options to purchase other maps, like private land maps, apparently you can purchase them.

This app is now terrible. What used to be my go to hunting app, is now being deleted from my phone. It seems as though they pretty much stopped all development, improvements and bug fixes. Overlays blocking MU units, can't scroll/see the bottom 1/8th of the app screen, and quite a few more problems that collectively make the app useless. Don't waste your time or money.
