I've owned the device for a week and still can't use it. drops Bluetooth connection when trying to load a tune. tech support has not gotten back to me with any useful information as of yet.

so far my experience has been atrocious, The server is always down ever since I bought the device I haven't been able to do anything, Even the Bluetooth won't stay connected so using this is useless

I have one for my 2019dt. I like it but one issue is it won't connect the BT after the next drive. I need to replug the obd to work which is annoying. Phone is Samsung Galaxy Fold6, I tried the iPhone 17 pro max still the same issue. Using latest app including FW.
