Four elements. Four hundred and ninety-five films. One very long chain between them.
You start with Water, Fire, Earth and Air. Drag one onto another and something new appears. Water + Fire makes Steam. Earth + Fire makes Lava. Lava + Air makes Stone. Keep going and the chain runs all the way out to 486 elements: life, cities, robots, dragons, spaceships, black holes.
That part you have probably seen before.
Here is what is different. Hidden among the elements are 495 films, and finding one is the real goal:
🐱 Cat + 🐎 Horse → The Godfather
🥊 Boxing Glove + 🪜 Stairs → Rocky
🧼 Soap + 🧨 Dynamite → Fight Club
🗡️ Light Sword + ✨ Galaxy → Star Wars
🤖 Robot + 🚚 Truck → Transformers
🦈 Shark + 🏖️ Beach → Jaws
❄️ Snow + 🪓 Axe → The Shining
Some land instantly. Some only make sense once you remember the scene. Every film comes with a single line of context, so the whole thing plays like a film-trivia layer sitting on top of a crafting puzzle:
"Forty-five seconds in the shower."
"Yippee-ki-yay. Yes, it's a Christmas movie."
"The pram rolling down the Odessa steps."
"Three men with a pencil. Yes, a pencil."
The list runs from 1922 to 2023. Kubrick and Kurosawa sit next to Marvel and Ghibli, Hitchcock next to Pixar, silent cinema next to Snakes on a Plane. Horror, westerns, animation, war films, noir, kaiju, Christmas movies. If a film left one unforgettable object behind, it is probably in here.

HOW IT PLAYS
Drag an element from the panel onto another one. If they combine, you get something new and it lands in your collection permanently. If two of your elements can complete a film, a counter appears at the top and tells you a discovery is within reach, without telling you which one. The rest is on you.
Stuck? Take a hint and the game places a promising pair on the board. You start with three. Run out and you can watch a short ad to earn another, but that is entirely your choice. The whole game can be finished without ever watching one.
There is nothing to buy, no account to create, no sign-up, no friends list, no daily login streak nagging you to come back. Play for two minutes or two hours.
ONE HONEST NOTE
This is a puzzle about films, not a film archive. There are no posters, no clips, no logos. Just an element, another element, and a title you either recognise or do not. The game is not affiliated with any studio or rights holder.
Made by one person. If something feels off or a combination seems unfair, write to me and it gets looked at.
Now: 🕊️ Pigeon + 🌧️ Rain. Which film is that?
Merge elements to uncover 495 films hidden in the recipes. Cat + Horse = ?
