Business app will not let me in. Shuts me out. Just hung up with customer service. They did not know that Android users are having these issues. I uninstalled and reinstalled while on the phone with HB CS. Did/does not work for me either. HOWEVER, I can log into my personal account app with no issues. Ring them and 'squeak'. As you know, the squeak gets the grease. My best to you.

After the recent update within the last 2 weeks, I can NO LONGER log into my app. I've called the 24 HR help line and they keep telling me there's nothing wrong and nothing they can do. IDK how I can be the only Android with this issue but I've uninstalled and reinstalled 5x, no phone update, restarted my phone, and I can log into the website. The point of the app is to make access to your money easy and now I can't get on. It circles and goes back to my phone's home page. Any help out there??!
