Accurate and convenient. All that I could ask for in a banking app. Mobile deposit is a great plus! Edit 3/1/24 - Dropped a couple stars since I'm having issues with mobile depositing any checks. I'm sitting with an elderly family member and am way out of range of any branch of this bank. I can find a work around but it would be more convenient to just be able to deposit from the app. Will restore 5s rating if I can get it to work.

If I could give a 0, I would. Before 6/17/21 I was able to use the mobile app. Worked wonderfully.Since the update, I find out it won't work with my A11. Not fair. Not fair to a wonderful bank! Sent 2 notices to the developer of the app. Not buying a new phone just for this app. Update...had to get a new phone. Now works.

I've been client of Home Bank since 2008. Personnel treat me fine, & helped me get through a traumatic move to another city. Fast, Fantastic customer service phone or in person. Internet website is excellent. This app is now ok, if a bit limited at times. Like, no in-app screenshots. No ads except for further Home Bank services. Stepstone :-)
