after getting the camera it doesn't take long to learn how to scan your house. My scan took maybe 2 hours but most of that was playing with the camera to see the differences that my existing treatments would create. After I got my results I wasn't completing satisfied and let the team now in their requested feedback. they took the time to learn what I expected and completely redid my report. Great customer service.

I had a friend help. would have preferred written instructions. I'm 61. Older people are not very tech savvy. You need to keep this in mind. I knew about the windows but the other information was helpful.
