Admins can create and manage PCA accounts from a centralized, secure web portal. Each PCA receives unique login credentials, ensuring only authorized personnel can access the system. PCAs simply download the app from the Play Store and log in to begin securely collaborating.

PCAs are welcomed with a clean, organized dashboard featuring folders assigned by Admins. These folders serve as centralized spaces for managing patient-related documentation or important care records.
Within each folder, users can:
Upload and share documents (e.g., care plans, assessments, photos)

Set document expiry dates for time-sensitive materials
View files uploaded by Admins or PCAs in real time
