Ok, now that the account registration issue has been fixed on their end and I was able to activate my account, I was able to get my plugs set up. I had a slight hiccup that when I went to connect to the plug, my wifi tried to disconnect due to no internet, so be sure to click the little popup and choose to stay connected. After that app set up easily and got it connected to my Google Home via a routine and can just say, "Hey Google, Activate Christmas" and all my plugs activate then plays music

Internet password got reset by my provider. Light switch was working fine w its schedule, but wouldn't allow me to turn on off thru the app. So I followed their troubleshooting instructions to remove the plug entirely. Now I can't add it back at all. Device setup instructions say make sure the light is blinking green. Device setup screen says opposite - LED light not blinking green.. ? On next screen for selecting your Wi-Fi, it just won't accept in input box as selected. So freaking annoying.

Good app, just one problem. The app works fine but it's annoying to constantly have to sign in. Every time my wife uses the app it logs me out, then I have to log in again to turn the lights on/off. I have other WiFi outlet apps and more than one person can be logged in at once. Not a dealbreaker, just annoying! If they can fix this, then 5*.

Hi Luis, Thank you very much for your feedback! Our Smart Plug can only be controlled by one account at this point, this is to prevent plug mis-use. You can log in to the same account on another device, but you will be logged out on the original device. I will submit your feedback to the dev team.
