I've used this apps for years. Unfortunately, rather than improving, the Homegauge Companion app is getting buggier and less reliable. I love it when it doesn't randomly crash, wiping out all the data collected. I'll go back to doing everything on the desktop. I prefer reliability.

Not user friendly. The app forces you to press the check mark to save the photos and if you do it too quickly it'll delete them anyway. You have to click 2 buttons for it to open a separate page for you to type comments. Just let me click and start typing what is with all the bloat?? The camera will not keep flash on so you're constantly adjusting zoom so you can get the light back. They add features when the base app is terrible and they clearly do not care.

I've been using Companion since 2020 with multiple different devices. This latest version is the worst ! Crashes all the time, no date/ time stamp/ , various other little bugs. This is bad for my business. Please get this fixed or I will be seeking an alternative ! I can't keep dealing with these issues. Horrible version !!!
