I just hope the system never goes down again. The GSM backup feature is unreliable, even after upgrading. But the Agility-3 is functional and notifies properly. Comes now this: "pricing is subject to change without notice." Does this mean they will be trying to monetize this?? A world of end users will line up to poke them in their eyes !! Took off 2 stars... support from local installers is a joke... and now this update takes forever to load... Latest update not logging events in app 12/2018

Hi Robert, we have updated the app on January 9. It should work better now.

After communication from iRisco and the promise of updates to fix previous issues the app has been working well for some time now, and I have been really happy with the system and its performance, that was until I received a notification today that I will soon be charged for using the cloud based services. When I purchased the system, there was no suggestion of future charges for something that was the main selling point. Now, I have no option but to pay or lose functionality, unfair.

Hi Alan, we had an update for the new cloud, we are aware that it wasn't good enough. We are sorry for the inconvenience you are having with your app disconnections, but now it's because you are moving from cellular network to WIFI and the opposite. Soon we will release a new update to fix that.

In order for the App to receive push notifications, you must be logged in, just like any other app. Please also ask your Installer to check your push notifications settings as these can be controlled by your Installer.
