I just hope the system never goes down again. The GSM backup feature is unreliable, even after upgrading. But the Agility-3 is functional and notifies properly. Comes now this: "pricing is subject to change without notice." Does this mean they will be trying to monetize this?? A world of end users will line up to poke them in their eyes !! Took off 2 stars... support from local installers is a joke... and now this update takes forever to load... Latest update not logging events in app 12/2018

It's a disgrace they want €24(!) a year for this extremely basic app, for just arming and disarming the alarm. They should use different plans, ie. if you use cameras, that costs more. I'm in Azure quite a lot, and 24/year for each customer can NOT be justified, actually not even if you include camera storage. It's a complete and total rip-off, and even a scam to make users pay for this. When I bought the system the app was sold as lifetime free. Now a small fee is ok, but not this. Appalling.

Why the need for verification and extra logins and pin numbers? Is this process going to be repeated every time you do an update? Total nonsense. We'll it has happened again and this time it won't even connect. Timeout on login. How the hell have you managed to make it so bad? If it won't connect, I can't set my alarm. Get this app sorted!!!!
