So you have all my personal information, you have my money, yet my system doesn't work but I'm unable to get in touch with you. Doesn't it seem very fair does it? No contact page, no email address, no phone number, no help not even a chatbot!

Great app, easy to use - one thing though I was hoping to get some guidance on please, the 'Biometric Recognition' setting keeps turning itself on each time I open it, despite constantly toggling it to off. Is there a way I can fix this its just a bit annoying! Thanks so much
