intolerant of pw mistakes. One error gets you locked out of the system. The automated pw reset does nothing. Zero access until you reach a live person during banking hours. This can be a real hassle.90-day PW updates required makes for less effecive security. Works great when I can use it.

You cant get txt about purchases when they happin other than checking your bal it's useless and that's if you can get it to set up on your phone and at the bank they wont help you just try to push you off on oh well u need to doit I'm like look lady if I hadnt tryed 4 times I wouldnt be asking lacks basic functionality that most all other bank apps offer if I could rate negative 5 I would get it together people your competition apps are way better .
