I have had an Elan system since 2009, and have upgraded the system twice; currently have a gSC10 system. While there are some eccentricities, the system is remarkably robust and flexible. Since Nice Brands bought Elan, they have updated the system and app multiple times, always adding features and ease of use. As of today, the App is more capable than ever and easier to use. It is also more intuitive and has more advanced features that we've come to expect. Still the best system around!

Good all round, easy to use. Not sure why all the negative reviews. As a dealer I use this app constantly, and aside from an occasional need to reboot app(what app doesn't occasionally) it works great for my homeowner's, bars and restaurants. Most I read are subsystems not the Elan app , which points more to the installer , or 3rd party equipment

App is not user friendly. The unlock door option does not work in android or iPhone because it won't let you input the code as there is no enter button. Still waiting for an update to fix this issue. Otherwise works alright.
