The text-to-speech engine of the program was developed as a graduation project in Istanbul Technical University Computer Engineering Department in 1993 and was adapted to the Android operating system in 2013.
Since the sound samples of the program were recorded with the facilities 20 years ago, explosions and crackling occur during speech and the speech quality is far behind today's text-to-speech engines.
