My Home Plus is a membership app for more convenient shopping at Home Plus stores nationwide, and provides smart benefits tailored to you, such as various discount information, weekly flyers, coupons, points, and Home Plus Money accumulation/use.

[Permissions for app use]
Based on Article 22-2 (Consent to access rights) of the Information and Communications Network Act, which will be implemented on March 23, 2017, only essential items for the service are accessed.

Address book: Member search when gifting points
Location-based service: Store search (near me, current location), free parking
Camera: Scan barcodes for future accrual
Notifications: Major benefits, event notifications

※ Even if you do not approve optional access rights, you can still use the service except for the relevant functions.

Ratings and reviews

Review update: I originally posted a 1-star review because it was impossible for foreigners to register for this app. However the developers have responded at last with a link for a foreigner registration page, which worked. However, I still feel like the ability for foreigners to register should be more accessible. Registration issues aside, the app works fine for use both instore and together with the main Homeplus app, and I have finally been able to accrue points and take advantage of discount coupons.

I am fed up with the app. Not a foreign friendly app. Event coupons/stamps explanations all are in pictures,.. can't copy paste to translator. The worst part is, homeplus shopping app is different. Previous paper based system was much more smooth.

This app is specially designed for Korean only. This is because I cannot fill my name im English or the length of the input name is limited to a small number of letters. I think they ignore too many potential customers.
