web portal can now be handled instantly whether youʼre at home, at work, or on the go.

Ratings and reviews

App outage map is completely unusable - only options are + - and a button to zoom in on a satellite photo of your house from google maps 2010. You cannot move the map by dragging in any direction, and clearly just a browser displaing their identical (and just as bad) website for mobile. The map might work on desktop computers, but that cannot be used during a power outage. Zero forethought went into the creation of this.

Would not connect to server, no other way to check my bill... Wish there were other options.
