Not at it's best yet I think that the app would be much improved if you could contact your engineer or track the appointment time of the engineers.
Easy to use I added my details and was quickly able to see my policy details. Making a claim on here is great too. It does what it needs to without being overcomplicated. Really good app

Simple but effective It is useful to get the policy information and raise claims
Fail to count Seems to think the policy number has 9 digits when it has eight. Remove from the Google Play until fixed please. Update: No Homeserve the App is looking for nine digits. Seems that you have to add a leading zero to 8 digit account numbers to get them recognised. Still a fail that needs a fix.
Easy to use I really like this app. I have lots of information just a click away and being able to make a claim from an app is brilliant. Gives me peace of mind that no matter where I am, I can see what I'm covered for and have handy hints n tips at the touch of a button. Well done HomeServe!
