Some features must be accessed through a link in the app to our website.

This app is not usable. I keep seeing in the reviews that it's a hybrid and features aren't fully integrated...when will the app be fully integrated? It's been years now?! Very frustrating to use it and a waste of valuable time...the looping around and the nothing but an error message ugh!!! Might as well just tell customers to go to the web and skip the app altogether! Come on y'all do better!!

Pretty useless app. Keep getting same errors over and over that says the page looking for no longer exists. This is right after logging in. Takes at least 2 times to get plans purchased to show under your account. Cannot make changes, like phone number. Have been trying to update my payment method for a few weeks now. More errors on top of errors. It's neverending! I think they should scrap this so called app, and start from scratch!

Just installed and added my first couple of items and I love it so far. I love the idea as I'm a very organized person and am excited to get rid of a lot of paperwork! The only thing I don't like is that I couldn't sign in with my current homeserve account. Had to create a new account but regardless, I love it so far! I have a Google Pixel 3 and have not had issues with the app like others have stated in other reviews.
