About this app

Now in addition to DIY home repair and home maintenance solutions, the new HomeServe App offers an improved customer experience! This means that if you have a plan from HomeServe, you can easily manage your HomeServe account from your mobile device 24/7/365.

Simply log in to My Account with your HomeServe ID and you’ll get quick access to:
- View your existing HomeServe plans
- Make payments
- Update payment methods
- Go paperless
- Reset HomeServe ID password
- Add/cancel coverage
- Schedule service
- View service history
- Chat with a HomeServe representative
Some features must be accessed through a link in the app to our website.

The HomeServe App remains unchanged in that it still offers home maintenance tools with the “My Lists” feature – helping you troubleshoot home repair issues in and around your house. That means you can easily add household items, home warranty information, set reminders, easily order replacement parts, watch how-to videos, and much more.

We’re still the no-cost, home problem-solving app that you’ve come to know and love.

Pretty useless app. Keep getting same errors over and over that says the page looking for no longer exists. This is right after logging in. Takes at least 2 times to get plans purchased to show under your account. Cannot make changes, like phone number. Have been trying to update my payment method for a few weeks now. More errors on top of errors. It's neverending! I think they should scrap this so called app, and start from scratch!

Thanks for your review. The app is a newer offering and not all features are fully integrated - many of the functions are currently hybrid between the app and our web portal ( If you send us a note at, we can give you additional details to update your contact info and payment details.

Just installed and added my first couple of items and I love it so far. I love the idea as I'm a very organized person and am excited to get rid of a lot of paperwork! The only thing I don't like is that I couldn't sign in with my current homeserve account. Had to create a new account but regardless, I love it so far! I have a Google Pixel 3 and have not had issues with the app like others have stated in other reviews.

It keeps all your subscriptions in one place with all the necessary info. My only issue is with the call center. I am an American who know one language fluently. Dealing with the call center was rough. I get it. The stuff homeserve offers, they need to go cheap with the prices they have.
