It's now been 10weeks since the initial pex card request and honestly I'm done I had so much hope for this app but not anymore. I'm getting notifications for jobs. But I can't take any of them. Because I've never received the pex card. And I can't get in contact with anybody. And i've been trying to for over a year now.

The app is great but I'm not getting notifications and when I do they're so late the job is already taken. My phone is on auto update for this app so I'm not sure exactly what I can do to help fix the problem. Other than that it's great and very thorough

Have tried all day to reset my password so that I can get into the app. None of their emails are coming through for some reason. I can receive them from HQ but have been completely unable to get any reset password emails through the app or through the company. Super frustrating! Apparently there is no tech support or anyone who can help me troubleshoot because they just keep giving me the same stock run around answers. Has anyone else had this problem?
