Homes in Korea is a medium- to long-term housing platform that connects foreigners visiting Korea with hosts who own rooms.

Everything from finding a room to signing a contract, making a payment, and settling accounts takes place within a single app.

You can switch between Guest Mode and Host Mode at any time within the app.

■ Guests Looking for a Room

Search on a map by narrowing down your search by region, duration, budget, and accommodation type.

You can choose from share houses, studios, goshiwons, and rooms with two or more rooms.

[Check Before Signing]

Check photos, facilities, accommodation rules, and items included in the management fee beforehand.

Speak directly with the host and sign the contract immediately through the app.

[Monthly Payment]

Payments are spread out over 30 days. If you register a card, payments are processed automatically for each installment. You can check the refund policy before signing the contract.

■ Hosts Renting Out Rooms

[Registering Accommodation]

Upload your listing by entering photos, facilities, accommodation rules, and items included in the management fee. If you have multiple rooms, you can manage them separately.

Check incoming reservation requests and approve or reject them.

View check-in and check-out dates, as well as contract status, at a glance.

[Settlement Check]

Check how much is received and when for each round. Register your settlement account within the app.

[Schedule Management]

View booked and available dates on a calendar.

You can also manage reservations from other channels through calendar integration.

Communicate directly before and after the contract. Messages sent by the other party are automatically translated.
