Worked perfectly well...at first. I had this app through two different phones, OnePlus 8 and Samsung S22. They worked perfectly fine. I now have a OnePlus 12 and whenever I open the app, the logo appears with a white background for a few seconds then closes. I've uninstalled/reinstalled multipled times, cleared cache/data, still nothing fixes it. Please fix the app so I don't have to call for a retreat every time.

Really wish we had more options. It's not loading on my phone. I don't feel comfortable giving my credit card information to some sales guy who may or may not work there over the phone (his cell number). Seems so sketchy. Wish there was a better company we could go with to service our new home. May just give up using this pest system and go with a big name I trust that has a working app.

Your app doesn't work with Android 14 I have pixel pro 8 and the app freezes on the opening screen removed it and reinstalled it and still not working I think it about time to fixed this app it's been a while since updating this app how about giving your customers what they want
