This is a solid, stable, and secure app which I use regularly (several times a week). It contains all of the essential features that I need for mobile banking - without promoting a bunch of products that I neither need or want. The constant barrage of cross-selling other banking firms live on is what keeps me with Hometown. They have everything I need for my personal banking and an app that does it's job nicely.

For some reason my phone can't find or recognize the app. I have to access it through the app store each time. Because of this I can't store my username and password either. Other than that minor inconvenience it seems to work fine so far.

It seems I'm constantly being locked out and only way to get back in is to use the "Forgot Password" feature or call. Is this happening for others? I'm in the process of switching banks as there are no hometown banks in my area, and I'm now with Wings Financial Credit union, and omg.... I didn't realize how far behind this app was. The amount of control on their app is unreal and I'm never being locked out for my biometrics. I think this app reads the biometrics wrong, and then locks it.
