Great when it works. Every weekend, however, the app as well as their website goes down with a "system outage" and tells me my credentials are wrong (when they're not). Not being able to access my accounts to even check my balance on weekends is REALLY inconvenient. This has been going on for months now. Would love it if stuff worked on the weekends/holidays, thanks! PS: Tried being on different networks to test the problem. Persists on all networks.
After last update I can no longer use the app on any of five devices. Called the number for help. He was surprised I was having a problem. Hadn't heard that before. Eventually told me it only works with Android 8 and above, but I am running 10 on my tablet, and it won't run without crashing. Rep told me maybe the app folks would come up with a fix. I have no way to do mobile banking with HTB, so I have to use another bank now to handle deposits, etc. I am totally unimpressed with HTB updates.

I hate this app! I set up the finger print log in to avoid having to change my password all the time. This is not so. Every few months I have to call customer service to get my password reset because the fingerprint log in gets reset on the app. It never failed this happens when i need to use it the most. In re: the developer reply...this is the only app that uses bio-metrics that I experience this issue with. None of my other apps, including another banking app resets and deletes my password and fingerprint auth.

The app isn't able to reset your fingerprint, and this likely has to do with your device itself. The fingerprint reader is part of your device's software, and if the fingerprint was reset, that would have been from your phone rather than our app. Please call us anytime you're having trouble logging in and we'll be happy to help! - Colin T.
