HomeZada is an easy to use home inventory app because it pre-populates all the Spaces and Items in your home which eliminates a lot of data entry. Just take photos and tag them to a Space or Item. You can navigate either room by room, or with a complete Item List that you can quickly edit and filter by any category.

A HomeZada home inventory helps you make sure you are properly insured, provides peace of mind in case something happened to your home, you are ready to manage a moving list in case you move, and it helps you identify all the equipment, appliances, fixtures and building materials in your home that need to be maintained.

We moved into our new home on Oct. 1st. I wanted a simple way to take inventory of how many door knobs I wanted to replace. HomeZada came up in an article I read about the best home remodel apps. Now I know why! So worth the $59.99/yr subscription. It is very user friendly (I simply entered my address and it pre-populated all the rooms for me and let me add/remove rooms easily.) The paid version lets you take pics of items in each room for remodel and/or insurance purposes.

What a rip off. I set up an account for my home and am unable to share it with my husband (which makes it totally useless to me). I have contacted the company at least five times for help and they have never responded. I can only imagine this is an understaffed startup that is in danger of going under. I would not invest time in setting up your account and adding info about your property. You will probably lose it all.

Not intuitive. Unless you pay for the subscription you cant access anything.
