Get started quickly:
Create your technician account, complete your profile, and submit required documents for verification. Once approved by the admin team, you can start receiving customer requests.
Choose your work preferences:
Set your service category, work mode (with material / without material / both), and experience level. Add portfolio photos to showcase your work and build trust with customers.
Go online and receive job requests:
When you’re ready to work, switch your status to online. You’ll receive service requests in your area and can:
- View customer details and job description
- Use translation support for better understanding
- Open maps to navigate to the customer location
- Accept or reject a job (with a rejection reason)
Manage assigned jobs:
For accepted jobs, manage each request with clear status updates:
- Navigate to the customer
- Mark arrival and verify the visit
- Mark the job completed after finishing the work
Earnings and payouts:
Track your completed jobs, ratings, and total earnings. Visiting charges are deposited to your registered bank account/UPI as per the platform payout cycle.
Profile & account controls:
Update profile details, work preferences, documents, portfolio, and beneficiary information. View earnings history, change your password, contact help & support, sign out, or delete your account.
