Qudra Seller is the app for store owners on the Qudra platform. It consolidates point of sale, inventory, orders, reports, and employee attendance in one place, from the first item you enter to the last invoice you print.
■ Quick Point of Sale: Scan barcodes or search by name, generate invoices in seconds, and print them on a thermal printer via Bluetooth. Even if the printer is off, the transaction continues uninterrupted.
■ Inventory with Detailed Information: Add your items with barcodes, images, prices, and descriptions. Distribute them across warehouses and shelves, and map warehouse aisles so the app can guide you from door to shelf. Track remaining stock before it runs out.
■ Your Online Store Orders: Customer orders arrive directly in the app. Prepare them, hand them over to the delivery driver, and track their status until they arrive.
■ Employee Attendance with Barcodes
Print and display your store's barcode. Employees scan it upon arrival and departure. You can track who is present, late, or absent, record each employee's day-to-day attendance, generate a monthly payroll report ready for export, and approve or reject time correction requests.
■ Your Team and Their Permissions
Add your employees, clearly define each one's permissions before granting them, assign each employee a unique access code, and determine their monthly cost before hiring.
