App and website don't work, and customer service is unhelpful. I have been trying for multiple days on multiple devices to access my account and am unable to. Customer service just regurgitates the same "solution" over and over again. Telling me to use Chrome and update the app. I have used 3 phones and 2 computers, and have done all the steps as instructed and it will not let me access anything but the main page. Our guests just wasted their money. DONOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Great option for a gift registry. I felt the communication was not clear about transferring the Wallet to your bank account. So if you are wanting the cash in your account be sure to set it up BEFORE you start collecting gifts. We ended up using PayPal and it worked fine. I t was great a gift within itself.

I use this for the registry for my wedding and so far I am extremely disappointed I've had a bunch of spam texts on my phone the website and the app both randomly go down for no reason The app has refused to load for 3 days straight meaning I can't login on my phone at all. and when I use my laptop to try and log in the website keeps saying error and refuses to load either the entire page or just specific things on the page I tried calling customer support which is non-existent it's just a robot
