The Honeywell Smart Viewer (HSV) App is a tool for customer to manage 35 series NVR and the cameras connected to the NVR from mobile devices including on Android® phones and tablets. Connection is ensured through LAN/IP and also global P2P service. The communication between HSV and NVR is encrypted.With HSV, users can monitor live view, playback video recording, change live view layouts, conduct fisheye camera de-warping and PTZ control.

Cameras work well but no matter how much instruction I receive on this system it still confounds me. Folks at install shop are very friendly and seem to know their stuff. Just a little complicated for me to use

Pain and suffering ahead. Sometimes things work a lot of the times the recorder will just refuse to sync with the app.

I'd rather get infected with HSV than use this app.
